ANSI Inspections
ANSI inspections are essentially another step beyond DOT inspections that utility trucks must undergo. The inspections are designed to ensure bucket trucks, knuckle booms, and even mobile cranes are in good working order. ANSI inspections must be undergone once every year by a trained professional to ensure they can be operated safely. We are able to repair any deficiency on the boom that will bring it up to standard.
Dielectric Testing
Dielectric tests are designed to detect insulator integrity and must be performed once a year for aerial units being used in the vicinity of high voltage sources. Most deficiencies that occur are due to dirty insulators or foreign material inside the boom. In the event of a failed insulator test, we can remedy it by washing out the inside of the boom or removing the foreign material.
